Our commitment. TendyIQ exists to help goaltenders — many of them children — develop through better data. We take the responsibility that comes with that seriously. We collect only what we need, we protect it, we never sell it, and we are especially careful with any information about minors.

1. Who we are

TendyIQ ("TendyIQ," "we," "us," or "our") provides a goalie performance and development platform used by goaltenders, parents, coaches, clubs, and leagues. This policy explains what data we collect, why, how we protect it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website and web application.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

Account information — name, email, and role (e.g. goalie, parent, coach) when you or your club creates an account.
Performance data — the scoring, shot, and game information that you or your team enters to track goalie development.
Communications — messages you send us and information you submit through demo-request or contact forms.

Information collected automatically

Usage and device data — pages viewed, interactions, browser and device type, and similar analytics, collected only after you consent (see Section 5).
Session analytics — aggregated interaction data and session replays used to improve usability. Inside the logged-in application these replays are configured to mask personal text and inputs, so names and similar details are not captured in readable form.

3. How we use your information

To provide, operate, and secure the TendyIQ platform.
To calculate goalie statistics, trends, and development insights.
To understand and improve how the product is used.
To respond to inquiries and, where you've asked to hear from us, to send relevant updates.
To process payments and invoices for paid plans.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use the performance data you enter to advertise to you.

4. Protecting minors' data

Youth hockey means much of the data on TendyIQ concerns children. We treat that data with heightened care.

Accounts for and information about minors are created and managed through a parent, guardian, coach, or club — not by children directly.
Personal text and inputs are masked in session replays within the application, so analytics tools do not record a minor's identifying details in readable form.
We do not sell or share minors' personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.
If you believe a child's information has been provided to us without proper authorization, contact us (Section 9) and we will delete it.

5. Cookies, analytics, and your consent

When you first visit, we ask for your consent before loading any analytics. If you decline, no analytics or session-replay tools are loaded. If you accept, we store your choice in a first-party cookie so we don't ask again.

You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing the tendyiq_consent cookie in your browser (or clearing site data), which stops analytics from loading on your next visit. Essential cookies needed for the site to function are always used.

6. Third-party services

We use a small set of trusted providers to run TendyIQ. Each processes data only as needed to deliver its service:

7. How we protect your data

Encryption in transit — traffic to TendyIQ is served over HTTPS.
Access controls — data is scoped by role and team, so people see only what they're authorized to.
PII masking — personal text is masked in session-replay analytics within the application.
Data minimization — we collect only what the product needs, and payment card details are handled by our payment processor, not stored by us.

No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information using reasonable, industry-standard safeguards.

8. Data retention and your rights

We keep personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, then delete or anonymize it. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to withdraw consent. To make a request, contact us and we'll respond in line with applicable law.
